These Terms and Conditions govern access to the website and the general conditions applicable to enquiries and services provided by View Ideal Tech (OPC) Private Limited. By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, making a payment or engaging our services, you acknowledge these Terms together with any separate quotation, proposal, statement of work or agreement applicable to your project.
Our services may include website and web application development, Android and iOS application development, custom software, e-commerce, UI/UX, API integration, cloud and automation, IT consulting and support, digital marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing and technology training. Availability, scope, pricing and delivery timelines depend on individual requirements.
Prices shown on the website, including “Starting From” prices, are indicative and are not a final quotation. Final pricing may depend on scope, features, integrations, design complexity, security requirements, hosting, third-party services, testing, support and delivery schedule.
A project is normally confirmed after acceptance of the applicable quotation or agreement and receipt of the required advance or initial payment. Payments may be advance, milestone-based, monthly, retainer, final delivery or maintenance charges. Delayed payments may result in suspension of development, deployment, hosting or support until outstanding amounts are settled.
The approved proposal, quotation, requirement document or agreement defines the project scope. Additional modules, major redesigns or new functionality may require additional charges and revised timelines. Customers are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, logos, credentials, APIs, approvals, feedback and payments in a timely manner.
Estimated completion dates are based on the information available when quoted and may change because of scope changes, delayed feedback or payment, third-party API issues, hosting problems, platform review processes, technical dependencies or events outside our reasonable control.
Mobile application projects may depend on Google Play, Apple App Store and other third-party platforms. We may assist with submission where included in scope, but approval, rejection, suspension, review time and policy enforcement remain controlled by the relevant platform. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their products, services and business model comply with applicable platform policies and law.
Projects may require domains, hosting, cloud servers, SSL, payment gateways, SMS/OTP services, email services, maps, APIs, developer accounts, plugins, licences or premium software. Unless expressly included in our quotation, third-party charges are the customer's responsibility and remain subject to the provider's own pricing and policies.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, View Ideal Tech retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, reusable libraries, internal frameworks, generic modules, development methodologies, know-how and tools. Rights to customer-specific deliverables may be transferred or licensed according to the applicable agreement after all outstanding project payments are received.
Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions for logos, images, videos, text, trademarks, software, databases and other materials supplied to us. The customer is responsible for claims arising from unauthorized materials supplied for a project.
Customers should test completed work and report issues within the agreed testing period. Once a project is approved, delivered or placed into production, it may be considered accepted subject to any applicable warranty or support terms. New requirements after acceptance may be charged separately.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and any project-specific agreement. Because digital development services involve professional time, reserved resources and third-party expenses, amounts corresponding to work already completed or costs already incurred may be non-refundable.
Where online payment is available, payments may be processed by an authorized third-party payment gateway such as Airpay. A payment is considered successful only after a valid transaction confirmation is received and recorded. A bank debit without confirmed transaction status does not by itself constitute final payment acceptance; customers should contact us for reconciliation if there is any discrepancy.
We follow reasonable security practices appropriate to the service being provided, but no website, software, server, API or internet-connected service can be guaranteed to be completely free from vulnerabilities or interruptions. Customers are responsible for secure credentials and appropriate backups after handover unless those services are specifically included in a support agreement.
Our website and services must not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, infringing or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue projects that reasonably appear to involve illegal activity, fraud, infringement, malicious software or unauthorized system access.
We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, traffic, search ranking, customer acquisition, app downloads, investment returns or business growth. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, View Ideal Tech will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or business losses arising from use or inability to use our website or services, including losses caused by third-party platforms outside our reasonable control. Specific liability provisions in a signed project agreement apply to that project.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Unless otherwise agreed in writing and subject to applicable law, disputes relating to our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
